Automation Work Space

PNEUMATIC UNIT AND PNEUMATIC CHUCK

The pneumatic unit serves as a preparation for the automatic air-conditioning system and the pneumatic chuck, which consists of a pneumatic full-load cylinder including 3-jaw power chuck and blow-out device.

ELECTROMECHANICAL TAILSTOCK

The electromechanical tailstock has a 15 mm spindle lift and is end-monitored.

OFFICE AUTOMATION

The guard can be opened and closed from the program or by means of push-button pressure via a pneumatic cylinder. The door position is monitored via the limit switch.

INTEGRATION INTO FMS OR CIM SYSTEMS USING DNC

In addition to the basic control of the periphery (such as door automation, vice, etc.), the robot can also be connected to further machines or devices (eg loading and unloading robot) with the robot interface. The DNC interface allows the programs to be transferred or started from the host computer.
